Ofsted and Performance Data
Our school is still awaiting its first full Ofsted inspection since opening on 1st May 2018. In December 2020, the school received a monitoring visit, under section 8 of the Education Act 2005, during the period of time when routine inspections were temporarily suspended due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The letter written to school following this visit can be found below.
In addition to Ofsted, all Church of England schools have an additional inspection called the National Society's Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools or SIAMS. We were inspected in July 2019 and are delighted to report that we received the grading of 'good' which is a significant milestone in the school's journey. This report is available on the SIAMS page of this website and also below.
All schools are also required to publish the key performance (results) information for Reception, end of KS1 and end of KS2. This information is detailed below in the attached documents along with a link you may find useful to the Department of Education.
If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to get in contact with the school for further information.
Ofsted and SIAMS School Inspection Reports
Prior to Academisation
On 1st May 2018, Stilton C of E Primary Academy became a new school as part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT). This was a transition taken by the school after a previous 'Inadequate' judgement by Ofsted was given in June 2017. Prior to this judgement, the school had been judged as 'Good' in 2 full inspections and 1 interim visit in 2009, 2012 and 2013.
All information about the previous Ofsted judgements of the school can be found by visiting the previous schools Ofsted website found here.
