Hedgehog’s Rainforest Poetry
We read lots of different types of poems, all with the common theme of the rainforest. Having explored the imagery of the poems, the children wrote their own, using strong adjectives and verbs, alliteration, simile and metaphor to create powerful images of the rainforest.
